We use the platform RentRedi, an online app that helps you easily apply, pay rent, sign a lease, boost your credit, and purchase renter’s insurance. After the showing, if you’d like to submit an application we can email you an invitation to apply.

Dog lovers ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to find a place for your dog. We do not discriminate based on size or breed. The following is required to rent with pets:

1. All dogs must be spayed/neutered unless there is proof of a valid medical basis for leaving the pet intact through a certified veterinary office.

2. Proof of up to date vaccinations.

3. A photograph of all dogs under the lease to remain on file. Only pre-approved pets are allowed.

4. Dogs must be well behaved and under control at all times, and not cause a nuisance and/or danger to the community. You are legally responsible for your dogs.

5. A monthly fee. Check each listing or email us for current rates.

We treat tenants like family. As area locals ourselves, we are available to help make these houses your homes. That includes responding personally in the case of emergency.

In addition to our in-person services, you can also submit maintenance requests through the platform RentRedi —all from your phone or laptop.
