How to Apply
Fill out the prequalification survey.
Once we receive your survey, we will call you to schedule a showing.
If you are interested after the showing, we will email you a link to fill out an application for a small fee to cover the background and credit check. See requirements below.
If the application is approved we will review and execute a written lease and do a final walk through.

Application Requirements
Prior to tenancy all named persons over the age of 18 on the lease must submit a RentRedi application. This will require the following:
Photo ID.
Proof of current residency (e.g. utility bill).
Landlord reference(s). Personal reference(s) if no rental history.
Employment verification. Employer reference(s), W2, and paystubs.
Proof of all legal sources of income. This includes: All employment, DSS, SNAP Benefits, SSI, SSD, Unemployment Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, Child Support, Alimony, etc. Gross income must be 2.5x monthly rent. Make sure you submit proof of income for all parties on the lease.
Background and credit check. 620+ credit score. 2-3 months of bank statements or other financial documents may be required upon request.
There is a nominal application fee ($40) to cover cost of background and credit check through the app RentRedi.
Proof of renter’s insurance with liability coverage of at least $100,000 required prior to possession at renter’s expense. Typically runs $50/mo.
